Jessie

Jessie’s owner did not claimed her and she was available for adoption. She was a stray found in the Lincoln, Montana area and taken into the Lewis and Clark County Humane Society Shelter in Helena. She ended up in rescue in May 2003 because she does NOT get along well with cats. She is currently in foster care in Glendive. Jessie is approximately 6 years old, spayed and current on her shots. She is a quiet dog. Jessie was wearing a collar with a rabies tag and we were able to track down her owner who told us she got away from him during a rest stop. He said Jessie took off after a deer and he was unable to wait for her to return. He described her as “an avid hunter and runs big.”
